Over the course of 3 transformative MONTHS, this COACHING series will support you to:

  • Release fear, doubt, self-judgment, and unhealthy coping mechanisms.

  • Get clarity on your next steps forward.

  • Take bold, precise action every day toward your goals.

  • Harness the power of your sensitivity and intuition to make quantum leaps.

  • Cultivate personal accountability to do what you say you’re going to do and prioritize your soul’s calling.

Here's what you can expect:

  • Meet Hella on Zoom every 2 weeks for 3 months to ignite deep shifts in your mindset, energy, emotions, intuition and your ability to take life-changing action. Each session will explore themes aligned with your unique goals and include a dynamic blend of tools and approaches tailored to your needs.

  • Commitment to your growth doesn't end with the live calls. Throughout the 12-week journey, you'll have direct access to Hella through private messaging. Share your thoughts, updates, or ask questions, and receive valuable coaching as challenges and breakthroughs arise. Hella is in your corner every step of the way.

  • The financial investment for 1-on-1 coaching is $12k usd pay in full for the 3-month coaching experience.

This commitment requires sincere dedication to the process of doing inner work. It means showing up, being radically honest and vulnerable, receiving coaching, being open to guidance and feedback, and being realistic about where you currently stand, what you're struggling with, what your intuition is telling you and what your aspirations are for the future.

3-Months of Private Coaching

During our work together, I will support you to accelerate your progress toward your goals. We’ll be working intensively from the inside-out to bring light to your blindspots, shatter outdated beliefs and get your daily actions into alignment with what you actually want.

As a coach, breathwork facilitator, somatic guide, channel and energy worker, I offer trauma-informed support for the highly ambitious and sensitive.

We will meet bi-weekly for a 1-on-1 sessions on Zoom (6 sessions in total) and in between sessions you will have access to direct messaging with me for further coaching, exploration and accountability.
